In the embroidery process, there are many steps to ensure a perfect outcome. The first step is digitizing. This is the guide that the machine will follow to create artwork, names, people, places, etc. In the process of digitizing, the artist will recreate your logo stitch by stitch. To create this art, it can take various layers, different types of stitches, and color assignments. This artist must be careful, pay attention to detail, and understand the garment it is needed for. They need to know what will look best once embroidered. Each material will be embroidered differently, some require more stitches others less. This also happens with the sizing of the artwork. If an image is small, it can use regular stitches. The size of the design and the design itself may determine the use of fill stitches. Fill stitches are more dense and smaller meaning they use more thread. Here is an example of a file we did not create versus one we did.
The one on the left is the one digitized by us. It is clear, easy to read, and well-proportioned. The one on the right was one from another company. It is jagged, blurry, and does not look nice on the material.
