Hundy owners Aviv and Michelle came into Mr. Stitch with an issue: Their jackets!

Here is their story.

Part 1: Disaster Strikes!

Here at Mr. Stitch, we receive a call letting us know the Hundy team is heading our way with an embroidery 911 situation. They are unhappy with their recent jacket customization. Looking for forever pieces, the last company did not pull through. Embroidery was expected but was not received. We would soon see what the damage was upon their arrival. Their drive from San Diego to LA was expected to be about 2 hours.

Part 2: The Arrival

The Hundy team arrived to show us their jackets. Here at Mr. Stitch, we are unaware of what was used to attach these logos to the jackets. Michelle was able to rip them off. We were surprised, to say the least! Regardless of what was used to stick the logos on the jackets, the good thing is that they were removable.

Part 3: Stitching

After going over the details they wanted on the jackets, we began working on digitizing their designs and removing the previous work.

After some testing, we were able to remove the old work. As you can see in the photo, it was trickier than expected. We did have to find a way to remove these leftover black marks. We were able to cover the old spots left by the embroidery.

Part 4: Great Success

Team Hundy returned to see their completed jackets. They loved them!

We were grateful that they trusted us enough to come again from San Diego.

Congrats to Hundy! Wishing you much success, and we are thrilled that you are happy with your forever jackets.
